Salah & jamā'ah timetable
Begins and jamā'ah times for all five prayers, sunrise, Jumu'ah (more than one time if you hold more than one) and Eid prayers — with a live countdown to the next jamā'ah.
Set it once, it rolls forward
Your calculation method, madhab for Asr, high-latitude rule and jamā'ah offsets are set once. The site recalculates every day on its own — no monthly re-typing.
Events & announcements
Post events, fundraising appeals, Jumu'ah notices, Ramadan and Eid updates. Pin the important ones, add a poster image, a link and start and end dates.
Find us
Full address, phone and email with an embedded map and a one-tap directions link straight into Google Maps.
Only the sections you need
About, Services, Madrasa, Events, Gallery and Donate are each switched on or off per site. Prayer times and contact details are always there.
Your own domain
The site runs on your domain with your logo, your colours and your wording — not a page buried inside someone else's directory.
Donations
Taking donations on your own site
The giving flow is part of the website, not a link out to a third-party page. Card details are handled by Stripe — they never touch your site or ours.
- One-off card donations. The donor does not need an account.
- Run several appeals at once — each with an optional target and a live progress bar on the site.
- Donors can choose to cover the card processing fee, so the full gift reaches you.
- Donors can give anonymously and leave a message with the donation.
- Every donation is recorded against its appeal and listed in your dashboard.
Gift Aid
We capture the declaration. You make the claim.
What the software does
- Offers the Gift Aid declaration at the moment of donating, with the donor's home address and postcode.
- Refuses to accept a Gift Aid tick without both an address and a postcode, so you are not left with half a record.
- Stores the declaration against that donation, and exports the lot as a CSV — date, donor name, address, postcode and amount.
What it does not do
We do not claim Gift Aid and we do not file anything with HMRC. Only an HMRC-recognised charity can claim Gift Aid, and the claim is made by the charity itself. Whether a particular donation or donor qualifies is a matter for you and HMRC — we make no assessment of eligibility and give no guarantee about it. Our job is to capture a complete declaration and hand you clean records for your own claim.
In the app
Your mosque inside QiblaFlow
The website and the app read the same information. Change your jamā'ah offsets or post an announcement once, and both are up to date.
- Listed in the QiblaFlow mosque directory on the web and in the iPhone app, searchable by distance.
- People can follow your mosque — an announcement you post reaches your followers as a notification.
- Followers see your published begins and jamā'ah times instead of generic calculated ones.
- Printable monthly and full-year timetable PDFs, either automatically or only after you approve each period.

Already have a website?
Drop your events and giving into the site you already run
If you are happy with your current website, your events and announcements can be embedded into it as a widget — matched to your colours, in a light or dark theme. You post once in the dashboard and it appears there, on QiblaFlow, and to your followers.
The donation form embeds the same way. It is the same form as the one on the mosque websites we build — appeals, fee cover and Gift Aid capture included — dropped into a page on your own site rather than replacing it. Tell us the site when you get in touch and we will set it up with you.
Charities
If you are a charity rather than a mosque
The appeals, targets and progress bars, fee cover, and Gift Aid capture and export are all built and running — but today they live inside the mosque website designs, which always include a salah timetable. If you are an Islamic charity, a madrasah or a community trust and you want the giving side without the prayer times, get in touch and describe what you need. We would rather have that conversation than sell you something that is not there yet.
